Work Flow Chart Of Syringe Production Line:

The production of syringes generally involves five steps: injection molding→ barrel printing→assembly→packaging→sterilization.

Step 1:Injection Molding

This is the Injection Molding Machine from SMARTELL.By putting PP materials into the hopper, heating them until they melt into a liquid state, allowing the liquid to flow into the mold, and then rapidly cooling and shaping them in the mold, syringes can be injection-molded.In order to improve the production stability and energy saving of syringes,our company especially added infrared heating coil and servo motor system on the standard injection molding machine.

Step 2:Printing

This machine is the Syringe Pad Printing Machine,which used for printing syringe barrel. It has the characteristic of high working efficiency, low power consumption, low cost ,simple regulation ,high qualified rate .The production efficiency is twice higher than the traditional screen printing machine.Printing speed can reach 300-350pcs/min(different specifications have different speeds.)The equipment does not need to frequently replace the consumables such as rubber wheels and steel rollers and does not need to adjust ink every day ,which can save a lot of consumable costs and replacement time,efficient and stable production.

Step 3:Assembly

Disposable Syringe Automatic Assembly Machine,which can be used to assemble the barrel ,plunger,gasket and the needle together.The equipment adopts PLC control system and Japan Mitsubishi inverter,with low power consunmption,photoelectric monitoring,fast assembly speed ,stable and reliable performance. It can automatic stop when short of material ,automatic inspection of unqualified products,half-blocked needles and no silicone oil products,greatly improve the quality of product

Step 4:Packaging

Blister Packing Machine is consist of packing machine,syringe auto loader,needle auto loader and inkjet printer.The syringe auto loader and the needle auto loader can accurately make the syringes and injection needles fall into the mobile blister cavity of the automatic packaging machine ,with high production efficiency,simple and convenient operation and stable performance.The inkjet printer is used for online continuous inkjet printing batch number date and other simple production information on blister papaer,suitable for different production needs.   

Step 5:Sterilization

Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer is the special equipment ,sterilizing the things in the cabinet with ethylene oxide gas. It precedes low-temperature fumigation sterilization in the given terms of temperature,pressure and humidity. Sterilization circulation is done through automatic computer control system.Besides,we offer manual operation system as a backup. The equipment is widely used in the medical industry.
