1. GSGD-600T Medical Reel Pouch Making Machine:
For various heat-sealable plastic composite films (including BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, nylon, and aluminum-coated films) as well as paper-plastic composite films, and for combinations of special-grade films, coated special-grade films, paper, and coated paper:
Capable of manufacturing medical reel pouch with diameters of 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm–600 mm, and supports multi-unit assembly.
2 The equipment includes:
2.1 Material Discharge Mechanism:
a)Maximum Uncoiling Diameter: 600 Mm
2.1.1 Equipped with two main unwinding stands, utilizing key-bar type expanding shafts for mounting.
b) Maximum bag width: 600 mm
c) Minimum substrate width: 100 mm
d) Equipped with a correction control system.
e) The unwind feed is controlled by an AC motor equipped with a variable-frequency drive.
f) The tension control method employed is the magnetic powder brake system.
g) The position of the oscillating roller is detected by a precision potentiometer.
h) Electromagnetic brake with integrated control.
2.2.Feeding Mechanism
2.2.1 Features a dual-motor feeding drive system, with a tension adjustment roller and a precision potentiometer for tension control for each drive unit.
2.3 Hot Stamping Station
2.3.1 Main unit servo motor control–pressing duration; independently adjustable (0s–5 s).
2.3.2 Independent temperature control, 0–280°C.
2.3.3 Five heating plates; effective length: 1000 mm; effective width: 95 mm; includes fabric ironing bracket; 5-channel temperature control.
2.3.4 Five cooling plates, with an effective length of 415 mm and an effective width of 95 mm.
2.4 Winding and Edge Cutting Station
2.4.1 Edge-cutting circular blade system.
2.4.2 One waste disposal system.
2.4.3 Six sets of circular knives; one knife shall be kept as a backup.
2.4 Finished product winding:Material is wound via a mechanical slip
shaft, with magnetic powder tension control.

2.6.1 Body wall panels: High-quality Q235 steel sheets with a thickness of 16 mm; reinforcing beams are added as specified.
2.6.2 Chassis color: White ; Chassis cover: Q235 steel plate with powder coating on the outer surface, or 304 stainless steel plate; components above the chassis shall undergo nickel plating, while components below the chassis shall undergo galvanizing.
2.6.3 All pipelines and air ducts are embedded within the equipment and are numbered; they are aesthetically pleasing, easy to maintain, safe, and reliable.
2.6.4 The pre-installed wiring and a vacant electrical cabinet are reserved for the additional heating system.
2.6.5 The system features a comprehensive security alarm function.
2.6.6 When starting a machine after an emergency stop, the machine must be stopped immediately.
