The Syringe Assembly Machine is an automatic production system designed to assemble disposable medical syringes with high precision, efficiency, and consistency. It plays a critical role in syringe manufacturing by accurately assembling the syringe barrel, plunger, and gasket, and can also be integrated with needle assembly depending on product requirements.

Function and Application

The machine is used to assemble various types of syringes, including:

• Luer lock and luer slip syringes

• Central nozzle and eccentric nozzle syringes

• Syringes with or without needles

• Syringes in different sizes (1 ml to 50 ml)

It ensures uniform assembly quality while minimizing manual handling and contamination risk.

Working Principle

1. Automatic Feeding – Barrels, plungers, and gaskets are fed automatically through vibrating bowls or conveyor systems.

2. Gasket Insertion – The gasket is accurately assembled onto the plunger.

3. Plunger Insertion – The assembled plunger unit is inserted into the syringe barrel.

4. Final Assembly & Inspection – The completed syringe is inspected online, and unqualified products are automatically rejected.
