Applications:

This apparatus can be adopted to pack disposable medical products like syringe, Infusion set and other medical consumable. It can also be used to any industry where need the paper-plastic or plastic-plastic package.

Composition：

The apparatus is mainly composed of frame, drive mechanism, paper and plastic film decoiling mechanism, plastic-forming mechanism, heating mechanism, color label detection mechanism, transverse-cutting mechanism, lengthways-cutting mechanism, control system,etc.

Frame: It is mainly made of alloy aluminum and stainless steel, which ensures the cleanliness and asepsis of the production environment.

Plastic-Forming Mechanism：The suction mechanism includes heating system, suction mould, lifting mechanism, screw displacement mechanism and vacuum system. The upper heating method is adopted to make the film heating more uniform and the molded blister is more beautiful.
Heating Mechanism: The heat-seal mechanism includes heating system, heat-seal air bag, heat-seal mold, lifting mechanism, screw displacement mechanism, etc. The heat sealing air bag is used to balance the pressure on the surface of the heat sealing surface, and the sealing performance is good.
Color Label Detection Mechanism: The color label detection mechanism includes color sensor, guide rail, and cardboard. It can finish the packaging requirements accurately.
Transverse-Cutting Mechanism: With rolling cutting mode, cutting edges are more straight, paper scraps are less and more durable.
