Device Introduction:
This equipment assembles six components: the dropper bottle, the filter screen, the insertion needle, the air film, the breathable plug, and the protective sleeve. Before assembling the dropper bottle, the breathable plug and the insertion needle, they are first coated with glue. After all the components are assembled, a photoelectric sensor is used to check for any defects. Qualified products are then separated for export.
Device Application
1.Electrical components and pneumatic components are all imported, the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel and aluminium alloy, and other parts are treated with anti-corrosion.
2. The drip chambers and the filter membrane, the inner hole with electrostatic blowing deducing treatment and vacuum cleaning solve the dust in artificial assembling.
3. Water inside and outside of drip chamber, auto stop and alarm for no glue machine to avoid leakage of glue waiting.
4. After online detection of all the parts assembled, separate the qualified and unqualified products.
