Syringe Blister Packing Machine
The syringe packing machine is used to pack:
Disposable syringes with or without needles
Luer lock and Luer slip syringes
Syringes of different sizes (1 ml–50 ml)
Common packaging forms include blister packing, pillow packing, or customized pouch packaging, depending on customer and market requirements.
Automatic feeding – Assembled syringes are fed into the packing system in an orderly manner.
Positioning and loading – Syringes are accurately positioned to ensure neat and consistent packaging.
Packaging and sealing – Syringes are sealed using medical-grade paper, film, or aluminum foil.
Cutting and output – Finished packs are cut and discharged automatically.
The packed syringes are ready for ETO sterilization.
