Working Principle

The blister packaging machine typically completes the following steps automatically:

1. Forming the Blister

• A plastic film (PVC, PET, PS) is heated and vacuum-formed into the shape of the required tray.

2. Product Loading

• Syringes or other medical devices are automatically or manually placed into the formed cavities.

3. Sealing

• Medical-grade paper or Tyvek is sealed to the blister under heat and pressure.

• Ensures strong, sterile, and uniform sealing quality.

4. Cutting & Output

• The sealed blister is cut into individual units or continuous strips.

• Finished packages are transported for further inspection and sterilization.
