The device is suitable for plastic film for PP/PE or PA/PE of paper and plastic packaging or film packaging .
This equuipment can be adopted to pack disposable medical products like syringe,infusion set and other medical consumables.
The blister packing machine works by forming, filling, and sealing blister packs in a continuous, automated process:
Film Forming (Thermoforming or Cold Forming):
The PVC or PET film is heated and shaped into cavities (blisters) that hold the syringe or other medical device.
Product Feeding:
Syringes or other components are automatically placed into the formed blisters by a feeding system.
Top Film Sealing:
The top layer—usually medical-grade paper, aluminum foil, or composite film—is sealed over the cavities using heat and pressure to ensure tight, sterile sealing.
Batch Printing & Coding (Optional):
The system can print batch numbers, production dates, or barcodes on the sealing film.
Cutting & Output:
The finished blisters are cut into individual packs or specified group sizes and automatically discharged for collection or boxing.
