Blister Packing Machine

The device is suitable for plastic film for PP/PE or PA/PE of paper and plastic packaging or film packaging .

This equuipment can be adopted to pack disposable medical products like syringe,infusion set and other medical consumables.

Working Principle

The blister packing machine works by forming, filling, and sealing blister packs in a continuous, automated process:

1. Film Forming (Thermoforming or Cold Forming):

• The PVC or PET film is heated and shaped into cavities (blisters) that hold the syringe or other medical device.

2. Product Feeding:

• Syringes or other components are automatically placed into the formed blisters by a feeding system.

3. Top Film Sealing:

• The top layer—usually medical-grade paper, aluminum foil, or composite film—is sealed over the cavities using heat and pressure to ensure tight, sterile sealing.

4. Batch Printing & Coding (Optional):

• The system can print batch numbers, production dates, or barcodes on the sealing film.

5. Cutting & Output:

• The finished blisters are cut into individual packs or specified group sizes and automatically discharged for collection or boxing.
