The Syringe Assembly Machine is capable of assembling various syringe types, including Luer lock, Luer slip, central nozzle, and eccentric nozzle syringes — with or without needles. Its main functions include:
Automatic Component Feeding
Automatically feeds syringe barrels, plungers, and rubber gaskets through vibration bowl feeders or linear conveyors.
Ensures smooth and continuous material supply without manual handling.
Gasket Assembly
Precisely inserts rubber gaskets into the plunger using servo-controlled mechanisms.
Ensures accurate positioning and tight sealing to prevent leakage.
Plunger Insertion into Barrel
Automatically aligns the plunger and inserts it into the syringe barrel at a controlled depth.
The insertion force is adjustable to avoid damaging the gasket or barrel.
Needle Assembly (Optional)
For syringes with pre-attached needles, the machine can automatically assemble and lock the needle hub.
Inspection System
Equipped with sensors or vision systems to inspect assembly accuracy, component completeness, and plunger position.
Automatically rejects unqualified products.
