Syringe Assembly Machine

The Syringe Assembly Machine is capable of assembling various syringe types, including Luer lock, Luer slip, central nozzle, and eccentric nozzle syringes — with or without needles. Its main functions include:

1. Automatic Component Feeding

• Automatically feeds syringe barrels, plungers, and rubber gaskets through vibration bowl feeders or linear conveyors.

• Ensures smooth and continuous material supply without manual handling.

2. Gasket Assembly

• Precisely inserts rubber gaskets into the plunger using servo-controlled mechanisms.

• Ensures accurate positioning and tight sealing to prevent leakage.

3. Plunger Insertion into Barrel

• Automatically aligns the plunger and inserts it into the syringe barrel at a controlled depth.

• The insertion force is adjustable to avoid damaging the gasket or barrel.

4. Needle Assembly (Optional)

• For syringes with pre-attached needles, the machine can automatically assemble and lock the needle hub.

5. Inspection System

• Equipped with sensors or vision systems to inspect assembly accuracy, component completeness, and plunger position.

• Automatically rejects unqualified products.

6. Counting and Output

• Automatically counts finished syringes and arranges them neatly for packaging or sterilization.
