Main Components of the Production Line:

1. Syringe Mold

• High-precision mold designed for various syringe types (Luer lock, Luer slip, central nozzle, eccentric nozzle).

• Made of durable stainless steel or high-grade tool steel to ensure long service life and consistent molding accuracy.

2. Injection Molding Machine

• Used for producing syringe barrels and plungers with high transparency and smooth surfaces.

• Controlled by PLC system for precise temperature and pressure management, ensuring product uniformity.

3. Syringe Printing Machine

• Automatically prints clear and durable graduation marks on the syringe barrel.

• Available in single- or double-color pad printing systems with automatic drying and inspection functions.

4. Syringe Assembly Machine

• Fully automatic assembly for barrel, plunger, gasket, and needle (optional).

• Equipped with vision detection and rejection systems to ensure consistent quality.

5. Syringe Packing Machine

• Automatic blister or PE bag packing for individual or bulk syringes.

• Suitable for both paper–film and film–film sealing. Ensures sterility and clean appearance.

6. Sterilizer Machine

• Final sterilization process using ETO (Ethylene Oxide) .

• Ensures product safety and compliance with medical hygiene standards.
