The Fully Automatic Infusion Set Production Line is a high-efficiency system designed for the complete assembly of disposable infusion sets, including spike needle, drip chamber, latex tube, flow regulator, filter, and PVC tube. This production line integrates multiple automated machines and intelligent control systems to ensure precise assembly, stable performance, and consistent product quality.

All processes — from part feeding, assembly, gluing, and welding, to inspection and packaging — are fully automatic, minimizing manual labor and ensuring high production efficiency.

Production Line Composition

1. Spike Needle Assembly Machine

• Automatically assembles spike, air vent, and protective cap.

• Includes glue dispensing and curing system.

2. Drip Chamber Assembly Machine

• Automatically feeds upper and lower chamber parts, filters, and connects to PVC tubing.

• Ensures airtight sealing and accurate length cutting.

3. Latex Tube Assembly Machine

• Assembles latex tube and flow regulator, ensuring smooth flow control.

4. Flow Regulator Assembly Machine

• Automatically installs and tests flow control components.

5. PVC Tube Extruding and Cutting Machine

• Produces and cuts PVC tubing with precise diameter and length.

6. Final Assembly & Testing System

• Connects all subassemblies into a complete infusion set.

• Includes flow test, leakage test, and visual inspection.

7. Packaging System

• Automatically packs the finished infusion sets into blister packs or PE bags, ready for sterilization.
