SMARTELL
A syringe injection machine is an automated molding system that melts and injects medical-grade plastic materials (such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE)) into a syringe mold cavity under high pressure. After cooling and solidifying, the machine ejects the finished syringe components, ready for assembly and sterilization.
This process ensures the mass production of high-quality syringes with precise volume markings, smooth surfaces, and consistent structure — essential for accurate medical dosing and patient safety.

Clamping Unit
Holds the syringe mold securely during the injection and cooling stages.
Uses servo-driven clamping mechanisms to apply uniform pressure, preventing flash or deformation.
Ejection System
Automatically ejects the finished syringe parts after cooling.
Uses soft or mechanical ejection methods to avoid scratching or damaging the transparent surface.
Control System (PLC + Touchscreen)
Intelligent control via a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI touchscreen interface.
Allows easy adjustment of temperature, injection speed, pressure, and cycle time.
Provides real-time monitoring and data recording for quality control.
Working Process
Material Feeding – Medical-grade plastic granules are fed into the hopper.
Melting – The plastic is heated and melted uniformly by the screw barrel.
Injection – The molten material is injected into the syringe mold cavities under controlled pressure.
Cooling and Solidification – The parts cool inside the mold to retain their precise shape and clarity.
Ejection – The finished syringe components are automatically ejected and collected for further assembly.
