PVC Extruder
The extruder is the heart of the production line. It melts and homogenizes the PVC raw material using a screw and barrel heating system.
The molten PVC is then pushed through a die head, which shapes it into the desired tube diameter and wall thickness.
Extrusion Die Head and Calibration Unit
The extrusion die head determines the internal and external diameter of the PVC tube.
The calibration unit uses vacuum suction and water cooling to shape and stabilize the tube’s dimensions immediately after extrusion.
Cooling Water Tank
After initial shaping, the hot PVC tube passes through a stainless-steel cooling tank.
Cold water circulation rapidly cools the tube, maintaining its structural stability and preventing deformation.
Automatic Cutting Machine
The cutting unit cuts the continuous PVC tube into predetermined lengths with high accuracy.
