For producing the syringe ,you will need the following machines:

1-Injection molding machine:For injecting the syringe barrel,plunger and gasket.

2-Syringe moulds:Fit with the injection molding machine to produce the syringe.

3-Syringe Barrel Printing:Printing the syringe graduation line and spray the silicone oil into the inside of the barrel.

4-Hypodermic needle assembly machine-To assemble the needle tube ,needle hub and needle cap together.

5-Syringe assembly machine:To assemble the syringe barrel ,plunger ,gasket and the needle together.

6-Syringe Blister Packing Machine:Pack the syringe in the blister automaticly.

7-Polybag seal machine-pack the syringe in the polybag.

8-EO gas sterilization machine:Sterilize the finished products.
