Main Assembly Functions

Depending on configuration, the Syringe Assembly Machine can complete the following operations:

✔ Barrel Feeding & Orientation

Automatically arranges and positions syringe barrels for assembly.

✔ Gasket Sorting & Insertion

Automatically identifies the gasket and assembles it into the plunger.

✔ Plunger Insertion

Automatically inserts the plunger into the barrel smoothly without scratching or deformation.

✔ Lubrication (Optional)

Uniform silicone oil coating inside the barrel to ensure smooth plunger movement.

✔ Needle Assembly (Optional)

For fixed-needle syringes: attaches and locks the needle onto the barrel.

✔ Automatic Detection

CCD camera system checks:

• Missing gasket

• Plunger direction

• Incorrect assembly

• Unqualified appearance

• Deviation of insertion depth

✔ Output and Counting

Automatically discharges finished syringes and counts them into groups.
