SMARTELL
The machine automatically completes the feeding, positioning, and assembly of key syringe components, including the syringe barrel, plunger , and gasket. Components are typically supplied by vibratory feeders or centrifugal feeders, ensuring correct orientation and smooth, continuous operation. The gasket is accurately inserted into the plunger, and the plunger assembly is then smoothly inserted into the barrel with controlled force to avoid deformation or damage.
Advanced syringe assembly machines are equipped with PLC control systems and touch-screen HMIs, allowing easy operation, parameter setting, and real-time monitoring. Sensors and detection systems are integrated to check the presence, position, and assembly quality of each component. Unqualified products are automatically rejected, ensuring a high pass rate and stable output quality.
The machine is usually manufactured with stainless steel and aluminum alloy materials for all product-contact parts, meeting hygienic and GMP requirements. It supports different syringe specifications (such as 1 ml, 3 ml, 5 ml, 10 ml, etc.) through quick mold or fixture changeovers. Optional functions include silicone oil lubrication, needle assembly integration, vision inspection, automatic counting, and downstream connection to printing, packing, and sterilization equipment.
With features such as high automation, reduced labor cost, stable performance, and easy maintenance, the syringe assembly machine plays a vital role in ensuring efficient, safe, and standardized syringe manufacturing.
