Latex Connector Assembly Machine

This latex tube assembly machine is capable of automatically assembling and gluing 3 - part and 4 - part latex tubes.

In terms of configuration, it adopts Japanese OMRON PLC circuit control and Taiwan WEINVIEW touch screen operation. Equipped with optical fiber photoelectric detection, it can automatically stop when there is no material and start operating again when material is available.

All pneumatic components utilize Japanese SMC cylinders and Mindman valves. The parts in contact with the product are made of 304 stainless steel and aluminum alloy, while other parts undergo anti - corrosion treatment.
