Syringe Pad Printing Machine

How It Works

  1. Ink is etched into a printing plate (cliché) in the shape of the required design (graduation scale, logo, text).

  2. A silicone rubber pad picks up the ink from the plate.

  3. The pad transfers the ink onto the syringe surface with high accuracy.

  4. The ink cures naturally or via UV curing, depending on ink type.
