In the assembly stage, automatic syringe assembly machines feed and assemble the barrel, plunger, and gasket with precise control. Optional processes such as silicone oil lubrication and hypodermic needle assembly can be integrated according to product requirements. Online inspection systems ensure correct assembly and automatically reject unqualified products.
The assembled syringes are then sent to packing, commonly using blister packing machines or pillow packing machines, to provide hygienic and secure packaging. Finally, the packed syringes undergo sterilization, typically by ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization, ensuring product sterility and safety for clinical use.
With features such as high automation, stable quality, reduced labor cost, and flexible configuration, a syringe production line provides a complete solution from raw material processing to sterile, ready-to-use syringe products.
