The syringe blister packaging machine forms plastic blisters, places syringes accurately into the cavities, seals them with medical-grade paper or film, and cuts the final packs. It is widely used for:

The typical production process includes:
Blister forming – PVC, PET, or medical-grade plastic film is heated and thermoformed into syringe-shaped cavities.
Syringe feeding – Syringes are automatically fed, oriented, and placed into the blisters using robotic pick-and-place or mechanical positioning systems.
Cover sealing – Medical paper (Tyvek®) or aluminum foil is heat-sealed to the blister.
Cutting and punching – Individual packs or multi-pack cards are cut to size.
Output and inspection – Finished blister packs are discharged, with optional inspection and rejection of defective packs.
